Located near Australia’s premier racecourse, Flemington and supported by state-of-the-art facilities and fully qualified, experienced instructors, the Racing Victoria Limited Education and Training Centre offers a wide range of programs including jockey apprenticeships and track rider and stable hand training. 

The Centre is a registered training organisation (RTO) through the Office of Training and Tertiary Education (OTTE) in Victoria.  As a RTO, the Centre strives to ensure quality in all aspects of training service delivery whilst meeting the requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework.
